Guidelines for Abstract Submission

Participants are invited to submit an abstract of up to 250 words prepared in MS Word using Arial font. The title should be typed in Arial, size 16 points, in single spacing. The authors’ names should be in Arial, size 14 points, with the name of the presenting author underlined and the corresponding author marked with an asterisk (*). The affiliation must be written in Arial, size 12 points, and the email address in Arial, size 10 points. The abstract text should be typed in Arial, size 12 points, single-spaced, and should briefly cover the purpose of the study, methodology, results, and conclusions. At the bottom of the page, authors must also indicate the thrust area and the category (UG/PG/Research).

Abstracts should be submitted via email at irc2026@iisuniv.ac.in . All submissions will be carefully reviewed by the scientific committee, and authors will be notified of acceptance via email. Please note that only abstracts from registered participants will be considered for presentation.

For oral presentations, each speaker will be given 10 minutes to present their work. For poster presentations, space of 1 × 1 m² will be provided, along with pins and stands by the organizers. Posters should be designed in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that the content is easily legible from a distance of at least 4 feet.
